'Understanding Change'
Change is an ever-present part of our lives and is especially prominent in today’s world. This discussion will provide an overview of what change means from a business, technology and human perspective.
Remus joined Avanade in 2019 through its Graduate Program and is a part of the Advisory-OCM team. He is interested in Technology and its relationship with People, as well as its potential to effect positive social change. He graduated in 2018 from the University of Melbourne where he undertook an honours program in Philosophy

Lenka Stambulich, Avanade
'Understanding Change'
Lenka is Avanade’s OCM Advisory Lead with eighteen years of experience in training and facilitation. Lenka’s passion for Design Led Thinking began during her Kaizen practitioner and trainer education in Europe where she worked as Continuous Improvement trainer in the automotive industry. Lenka’s clients ranged from Bosch and Siemens to Skoda and Audi. Since gaining her LUMA Design Lead Thinking (DLT) certification in Australia, Lenka has been applying her passion for problem solving through DLT facilitation for Avanade clients. At Avanade Lenka thrives in her work on the intersection of Advisory, Change Management and User Experience Design (UXD) in service of improved Customer and Employee Experience.

Jordi Heromso, Bankwest

Jordi Hermoso is a Technology and Transformation graduate and Software Developer at Bankwest. Jordi has recently graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Computer Science undergraduate degree and studied abroad at the National University of Singapore.

Maham Faiz, Bankwest
'Tech: A Place For Everyone'
Maham is a computer science graduate who recently moved to Perth. She started her career in tech as a Bankwest Graduate IT Associate this year and is thrilled to be a part of the family. She is currently working as a campaign analyst for her first rotation and she helps the team by building campaigns (communications) to our customers, which covers a multitude of channels (direct mail, email, SMS, phone calls) and types of campaign (remediation/mandatory, service, marketing and research).

Patrick, Bankwest
'Tech: A Place For Everyone'
Patrick is a Software Engineer and started his career as Bankwest Graduate IT Associate. He is currently working with the Mainframe Team, helping implement new technologies within the system.

Jeremy Dunnet, Bankwest
'Tech: A Place For Everyone'
Jeremy started his career in tech as a Bankwest Graduate IT Associate this year. He is currently in rotation with the Security Operations, helping manage the defensive security of the bank (with supervision of course).
