'Technically Possible: Achievements with Technology'

Andrew Balzer has had a rich history of training and leadership, being experienced Human Resource Manager and over 7 active years of teaching and leadership experience with the NSW Department of Education. After working at numerous High schools, working as Headteacher, the Aboriginal Education Coordinator, ICT Coordinator and Year Advisor. 

In 2018 Andrew was promoted to a Digital Classroom Officer in which he overlooks 256 schools across NSW for the department’s Stem. T4L Program.  Andrew has also been working and collaborating with Microsoft over the past 4 years. In 2016 Andrew was selected as a Microsoft Innovator Educator Expert and in 2019 he was promoted to a MIE Fellow for NSW. In 2021 Andrew joined Microsoft full time in 2021 as the Learning Delivery Specialist for NSW, engaging in multiple events, workshops, and community engagement to enable every user to achieve more with technology
